I found a great French dictionary of ten volumes, Dictionnaire de l'ancienne langue francaise et de tous ses dialectes du 9e au 15e siecle de Frederic Eugene Godefroy (1826-1897), that covers the long period from ninth century through fifteenth century. It is available and downloadable in Internet Archive (1-4, 7-10 vols), BSB library (5 vol), and Google Books (6 vol). BSB library, Internet Archive, Google Books

Latin and French dictionaries
There is a great resource for working with the various writings of the Latin church fathers and medieval thinkers: Glossarium mediae et infimae latinitatis conditum Carolo du Fresne. This is a special Latin dictionary where almost every word of Latin language is explained in the light of its context. The library in the university of Stanford (click here) recently digitalized Glossarium 10 vols downloadable for free.
